Ben Wa Balls, or Ben Wah Balls are small weighted metal balls that have been used since about 500 A.D. They are also known as Love Balls and Pleasure Balls. There original use was to provide a man with extra pleasure during intercourse, but women soon discovered that they were sexually stimulating for them as well. The feeling of the balls floating freely in the vagina and constantly massaging the vaginal walls causes intense sexual arousal.

Instructions on how to use Ben Wa Balls:

-Purchase plastic balls or larger duotone balls if you are a first timer, the metal balls tend to fall out if your PC muscles are not strong.

- Empty your bladder first, it will make it easier to hold the balls in.

- Insert one ball at a time, this is easier done if one leg is lifted up. Squeeze the PC muscles and hold the balls in. You will notice a feeling of fullness and notice the balls pushing down, but after a while you will be used to it, sort of like wearing a tampon.

- Wear them for a few hours every day.

- To remove the balls, you can lift up one leg and cough, or jump up and down. There is no way that the balls will ‘dissapear’ into your body.
Ben Wa Ball Beginner Tips:

- When you first wear Ben Wa Balls, stay home and do not do any heavy physical activity, the balls will fall out. If they do, wash them off with soap and water and put it back in. It is also not recommened to go out and do any chores while you are getting used to the Ben Wa Balls, that would be embarrasing to sneeze in the supermarket and have a ball fall down your pant leg! It will take a few weeks of regualr wearing before your muscles will be able to hold them in through phisical activity. Be patient!

- Once you have no problem holding in the duotone balls, you can upgrade to metal balls and enjoy the benefits of strong PC muscles, it will pay off escpecially when you are older and if you give birth!

- You can wear Ben Wa Balls during sexual intercourse, this will add more fullness to your vagina and stimulate the penis as well. Using them during sex is also a good way to create more natural vaginal lubrication.  Ben Wa Balls are perfect for G-spot stimulation.

Sex Toys 101–What the Heck Are They Made Of?

Sex toys have become so popular that companies have started using a variety of materials to satisfy its expanding clientele. There is no right or wrong as far as what material toys are made of…it is all a matter of personal taste. The best way to find the best material for you is to buy an inexpensive toy made from each of the materials and give them a try. Then you can move on to bigger and better things. Here is a breakdown of the most popular materials:

CyberSkin – This material is exceedingly realistic and warms during use.  These are normally the priciest toys and they require more maintenance to keep them in great condition, but definitely worth the money.  Water based lubrication is best used on CyberSkin toys. Petroleum based and silicone based lubes will ruin CyberSkin toys easily.

Jelly and Vibrating Jelly – This material is like a jelly/gummy material and have a slight squishy feel. These toys are among the cheapest available, but you have to be prepared for the plastic beach ball smell (a major turnoff for some people). These toys should always be used with a condom because it is almost impossible to properly clean them by using the normal soap and water or soaking in boiling water methods. You also need to replace these toys every four to six months because of the cleaning issue.

Rubber – Not to be confused with jelly versions, rubber toys are made from a rubbery, slightly stiff material. These can not be used by people who have the latex rubber allergy.  This is my least favorite type of toy because they wear out very fast and feel totally unrealistic.

Silicone – This is non-porous and very smooth material, and these toys give you the best bang for your buck (no pun intended). Silicone toys are on the more expensive end of the sex toy price range, but they don’t normally cause irritation, allergies and feel pretty real (but not as real as the CyberSkin models). They are also easy to clean (you can even run the non-battery operated toys through the dishwasher cycle). Silicone toys should not be used with silicone based lubrication.

So there you have it. I hope this gives you a basis for choosing your next toy. Whichever type you choose, make sure you take proper care of it and keep it sanitary.

Chicken Heads and Gold Diggers

Excuse me for a moment while I get on my soap box, but I need to vent about the dreaded chicken heads and gold diggers. Chicken heads and gold diggers have corrupted a major part of the male society because they have allowed men to think they can get away with alot of crap they should be checked for.

These women let guys get away with all this crap because they want to do the same. They are used to the guys who only know how to show affection through money and other material things. So they in turn start expecting those things instead of the true things that matter in a relationship. Men and women need to start respecting each other and helping to build each other up instead of being crabs in a barrel and pulling each other down. But the world has been molded so that people only think about what they can get out of something…whether it be a person, a relationship, etc.

Chicken heads and gold diggers make it hard for real women to be respected because men have become accustomed to being able to treat a woman like shit and have her tolerate it and want to keep him around because he’s good in bed, or buys them something, or keeps the woman as his “bottom bitch”.

Women, we need to stop this growing epidemic of chicken heads and gold diggers. If you or someone you know knows a chicken head or gold digger, you must immediately bring them into reality and start them on the 12 step program to becoming a real woman.  Let’s have an “each one, teach one” moment and start helping to uplift these trifling ass women into something the world will appreciate.

Okay…I’ll step down now, lol.

Lubricants 101 – The Novice Guide

Ladies, we all go through a dry spell every now and then and proper lubrication is mandatory during anal sex, so it is a necessity to know which lubricant best serves your needs. When buying a lubricant always keep in mind how it will be used and whether it will be used with your favorite toys, because the wrong lube can lead to toy erosion, stains or even vaginal irritation. Label reading—it’ll save you problems later!

Water based – This is the best type of lubricant by far because it cleans up easy and won’t stain your sheets or underwear. The downside is that they tend to dry quicker than other lubricants, so you might have to reapply more often during sex. Water based lubricants also come in an assortment of flavors, making them the top choice for oral sex play.  This type of lube can be safely used with CyberSkin, silicone, jelly and rubber toys. It is also safe to use with condoms. Popular brands include KY Jelly, Astroglide and Climax Lube.

Silicone based – This lubricant is best known for being waterproof, which makes it number one for play in water. A little goes a long way when it comes to silicone based lubes so these work great for those all night play sessions. Soap and water make clean up easy. Silicone lubrication is strictly forbidden to be used on CyberSkin or silicone toys because it will destroy the material. Popular brands include WET-Platinum and Eros Bodyglide.

Petroleum basedI do not recommend the use of petroleum based lubricants!! This is the least popular lubricant for a few reasons: it can not be used on rubber or CyberSkin toys, it can be irritating to the vagina, it stains, and it will render condoms, diaphragms and cervical caps useless. Safe sex practices do not allow for petroleum based lubes because they will break down and destroy a condom or dam’s material. Popular brands include Baby Oil and Vaseline.

Ladies, want to turn your man on like crazy and make him want every inch of you? After your bath or shower, take your finger and put it inside your vagina, then dab the “juices of your fruit” on your pulsepoints like perfume…behind your ears, on your neck, on your wrists, and at the bend of your knees.

Your fluids are a natual pheromone and work wonders on the opposite sex (and sometimes members of the same sex)…use what you got to get what you want.

The G-Spot

The G-Spot was named after a gynecologist from Berlin who was the first to write about it in 1950.  It is located approximately 1 1/2 inches inside the vagina on the front wall, though the exact location may vary a bit based on the individual woman.

To find your G-Spot, lay back on the bed and imagine your vagina as a wall clock…with 12 o’clock being pointed at your navel. Reach your index finger in and feel between the 11 and 1 o’clock position. If you can’t reach deep enough inside with your fingers (make sure your legs are open as wide as possible), then you may need to use a vibrator to reach your spot.  The G-Spot is actually very small normally…no bigger than the size of a pea…but when you’re in the mood and totally aroused it becomes approximately the size of a cherry tomato or walnut.

Ladies, don’t expect your G-Spot to act like your clitoris…they don’t react in the same fashion. Simple touch of the G-spot will not result in enough arousal to cause an orgasm. But continuos stimulation with your finger, a vibrator, or your man’s penis can give you an orgasm that packs a very powerful punch. It will also enable you to have an orgasm from more than one location at once (your G-Spot and clit) which will have you singing Ave Maria in no time.

For a very interesting evening with your significant other…why don’t you describe to them the general location of your G-Spot and let them go on a scavenger hunt to find it. Both of you will be turned on in no time. But it’s important that you know exactly where your spot is as well…because ladies, if you don’t know where it is, how can you tell your partner where to find it ;)

How to Take Proper Care of Your Vibrators

Women lets face it…we love our little toy wonders. But few of us know how to properly keep them clean and sanitized. Here are a few tips to keep your favorite toys around for the long haul.

Prepare Your Vibrator for Cleaning
A vibrator is an electronic or battery-operated sex toy…so dipping it in water with all the cords and batteries will cause its demise. The first thing you must do is remove anything that makes your vibrator function (batteries, power cords, etc.) This rule even applies to those waterproof marvels.

Base Your Cleaning on the Material
Vibrators come in variety of materials, but are mainly porous (jelly, latex) or non-porous (silicone). Porous toys are the most difficult to clean because they normally have dips and curves in them that you have to make sure get cleaned. The best method is to use warm (not hot) water and either a mild hand-type antibacterial soap or a sex toy soap you can buy from most adult toy stores. Use a wash cloth or other soft rag to make sure you get in every nook and cranny.  For silicone toys, you can use this method as well, or you can boil them for about three minutes or wipe them down with rubbing alcohol. Whichever method you choose, make sure that it abides by the toy’s accompanying instructions (you know, that stupid paper that you toss away as you’re opening your new prized possession).

Thoroughly Dry Your Toys
Make sure your toys is thoroughly dry before putting it away. You can either air dry them for a few hours or dry them with a soft towel. Wet toys being put up will eventually cause them to smell…and ladies, we know how we feel about a man with funky balls…don’t let your toys end up that way.

Use a Condom
A condom can be used to cut down on the regular cleaning routine of your toys (although I would still suggest an occasional cleaning the above way). And a condom should definitely be used when you use your toys with more than one partner.

A Few Tips On Making Your “Daddy” Feel Important On Father’s Day…And Every Day

Posted in adult toys, female, female sexuality, ladies, sexiness, the female body with tags , , , , , , , , on June 15, 2008 by A Cup of Hott "T"

Okay ladies, it’s Father’s Day, and I wanted to give a few of my pointers on making your man happy that doesn’t involve cheesy cards, ugly ties, or burnt pancakes.

First, make your man feel like he is the only man in the world…or the galaxy, for that matter. Take time to actually look your man in the eye when you speak to him. They say the eyes are the windows to the soul…let him see how much he means to your soul. Today, we get so busy with work, kids, hobbies, chores, etc, that most of our conversations are done through texting, phone calls, or through quick conversations as we’re on our way out the door. But take some time and actually have a real conversation with your man. Make him feel like he’s still the center of your hectic universe. Not only will it make him happy…but you’re likely to fall in love with him all over again.

And compliment your man…not so much that he gets on an ego trip, but enough to stroke that ego of his.  Tell him something you love about him…whether it be a physical feature or a characteristic he displays well. When is the last time you told you man you love the shape of his eyes? Or the scent of his body fresh out the shower? Or how he helps your daughter with her homework or does the dishes after dinner? We get comfortable in relationships and don’t feel like we need to remind a man he’s still important…but ladies, if you don’t, someone else will.

It’s also compact enough to be thrown in your purse…great for those big city traffic jams ;) . It retails for about $24.95 and can be purchased indiscreetly from www.mypleasure.com.

Sexiness

Posted in female, female sexuality, ladies, sexiness, shoes, the female body with tags , , , , , , , , on June 14, 2008 by A Cup of Hott "T"

Every woman out there can be sexy. Society has put the idea in a lot of women’s heads that there is a criteria to being sexy that is beyond the reach of the “every day” woman. I believe that is the farthest thing from the truth. There isn’t a woman in the world that can’t display some sex appeal that will peak a man’s interest.  The secret is in the way you carry yourself. I’ll post a few things every now and then that, once a woman puts it on, can’t help but make her feel a lil sexy.

The first thing I think EVERY woman should have is a pair of black pumps. These shoes should be closed toed and have a heel of 2-3 inches. Don’t buy them with a bunch of fashion extras…just PLAIN, BLACK PUMPS. Some women might be thinking 2 inches is too high, but if you buy them to fit your feet (which is important women…you can’t be sexy when you’re limping cause your shoes are too small), you can last several hours as long as you’re not standing the entire time. If you’re totally new to the heel wearing world, you can start with 1 1/2 inches…but nothing lower than that. You need the shoes to accentuate the calfs and lift that booty…so anything shorter than 1 1/2 inches won’t work.

You can wear basic black pumps with anything from a classy business suit to a pair of jeans, and you don’t have to break your budget to own a pair. If you’re on a Payless budget, buy a Payless pair of classy black pumps…just remember…BUY THEM TO FIT.
